Race Meetings

The Robert Oatley 2024 Mudgee Cup is on Friday 6th December 2024.

Renowned as one of the best country race meetings in NSW and with a great line up of racing and entertainment, this is an extremely popular event that sells out quickly.

Tickets are ONLY available online, and there will NOT be any ticket sales at the gate on the day.

This fabulous day out includes:

• an exciting 8 race program, including the highly contested Robert Oatley Mudgee Cup 
• Fashions on the Field where women, men and couples can win lovely prizes
• trackside entertainment including The Kings of Congo and amazing local talented artists

• There is limited parking available on site, but FREE courtesy buses run to and from the local pubs on the day

Catering Packages:

We are currently working towards securing more catering options for the day, and will update new attendees across our social media and website as they lock in for the event.

In addition to our very popular sit down luncheon package, the Yves Luncheon, a delicious array of Food Trucks and the MRC Canteen will be onsite providing tasty, casual catering options.

Pre ordered Grazing Boxes include our regular race day favourites, The Lazy Oak Grazing and Cheese Boxes, and we are endeavouring to add more options for you as well, so please keep watching our socials and website for more information.

Please note, all Grazing Boxes must be pre-ordered by 12pm Wednesday 4th December. Pre-ordered Grazing Boxes can be picked up upon arrival at the Racecourse, from the designated pick-up area. Proof of purchase must be provided by way of 123Tix information, name and receipt number.
